Clients of RTC typically are those who recognize the benefits of time sensitive transportation or benefits of outsourcing their logistics functions. Manufacturers dealing in high cost inventory supplies and market driven sales also benefit from our value-added service.

RTC clients include: Motorola, Texas Outdoor Power Equipment, BAX Global, Team Air Express, State of Texas, The Boeing Company, Showcase Sport Floors, Texas Education Agency, Texas Tech and Fleet Bank.

INFORMATION SYSTEMS

RTC utilizes a telecommunication system that provides real time data on inbound and outbound traffic. Our system involves four phases of operation, data entry, remote access, data look-up, and management overview.

We support EDI with remote access via internet upon specific applications.

For specified clients, access to this system can be allowed for and provide real-time information as to location and status of in-transit product movement.

Measurement tools are of the utmost importance to both RTC and our clients. In our concern for quality of service and zero defects, we continually update our systems to allow for contingency plans. Reports can be designed to client specifications and provided daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and/or annually.

OPERATION PROFILE

Operations are all handled from our central location in Georgetown, Texas, with our focus on information technologies to provide up to date database manipulation. We communicate with all our vendors either via telecommunications, internet, or through EDI connections.
